Last day of work before long vacation to the beach.
The salt water will break down my cells and the sand fragments will help me build new ones.
I will be fundamentally changed and biologically restructured upon my arrival back home.

I don't even use this phone.
I use my computer app to make work calls so I don't have to hold a plastic dumbell between my ear and left shoulder
with my head tilted as I'm remoted into computers resetting passwords and fixing printers.
